I joined M4 Recruitment in November 2016 as Branch Manager at our Heathrow branch, bringing with me over 20 years of recruitment experience across multiple sectors. From day one, my values and ideals aligned seamlessly with those of M4 Recruitment and M4 Specialist, which made it easy to feel at home here.
After developing my account management and end-to-end recruitment skills at branch level, I gradually worked my way up through the company. I later took on the responsibility of heading up our On Site locations, overseeing small, medium, and large-volume recruitment, along with bespoke KPI reporting tailored to each client’s business model.
I’m now proud to serve as Commercial Manager at M4, reporting directly to our Commercial Director. It’s a role that challenges and inspires me, and I’m passionate about continuing to support the growth and success of both our clients and our team.
