Project Team
This hands on and varied role requires members to be at the top of their game, delivering exceptional results in often challenging circumstances. Both managers, consultants and coordinators can be deployed nationwide at very short notice, tasked with a variety of tasks from mass high volume recruitment campaigns through to bespoke workforce management and high level sales. Operational experience, flexibility and a proven track record of delivering results is a must in this demanding but exciting team.
On-site Teams
Employing Account Managers, Resourcers and Coordinators across a variety of sectors and locations. Our on-site teams are tasked to become an extension our customers own staff, whilst continuing to promote the objectives of M4. Extensive sector knowledge, operational experience and a passion for delivering results, whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer service is key.
Recruitment Hubs
Geographically located to support our extensive client base and as additional support to our local branch operations and onsite teams, the hubs consist of Managers, Consultants and Resourcers. Specialists within their chosen sector, we have had great success from employing ex-industry professionals who have used their vast knowledge and hands on experience from working in the sector to excel in this role.
Apprentices/Graduate Scheme
Are you a confident, ambitions and resilient person, willing to put in the hard work to achieve your goals? With no previous experience required, a spot on our apprenticeship programme or graduate training scheme could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
Training

Pay
All our employees are provided with the tools and opportunity to reach their potential and be rewarded for their success. This includes a highly competitive basic salary and an uncapped commission scheme with unlimited earnings potential. Senior Consultants and Managers are also eligible for Company Car’s and Car Allowance depending on their job function.
