I started recruitment accidently as I completed a Fashion Diploma in 2023 applying for admin jobs after I finished recruitment, I landed my first job as a resourcer in an early years agency, and I haven’t looked back since. I have done recruitment in both agency and internal, but agency is my stronger point. With just only 2 years recruitment experience, I am still early into my career, but I am happy to see where my career takes me.
My favourite part about recruitment is being able to help both client and candidates. In my role, I can help candidates get a job and I am able to help clients with staffing, which I feel is very rewarding. I like speaking to people, helping people and networking, which is why I have grown to love recruitment so much.
